INOMAN NA!
Let's drink. Together.
Hi, I'm Alex. I'm a holistic nurse, yoga teacher, and nature lover.
From the rice farms of the Philippines, to the busy streets of New York City, and now under the sunshine of Southern California, wellness has always been my anchor.
In Filipino culture, someone always says "Inoman na." It's an invitation to pause, connect, and share a moment.
My mantra has always been simple: when I care for myself, I can better care for others.
Origin Story
INOMANLYTES didn't start as a brand idea. It started as a need.
From the Founder
I know what it feels like to always be "on."
To feel like you're always chasing — especially coming to a new country, learning a new language, trying to build something for yourself.
When I immigrated to New York City, everything felt fast.
As an ICU nurse during COVID, I saw what depletion does to the body.
And as a yoga teacher, I learned how deeply the body holds stress — how hard it is to slow down when your system is always activated.
At the same time, I went through my own transformation — losing over 80 pounds and rebuilding my relationship with my body.
That's when it became clear:
wellness wasn't optional. it was necessary.
I kept asking myself — how do I make this sustainable?
The answer was simple:
bring it back to what I know.
The flavors I grew up with.
The culture I come from.
The rituals that help you pause, even for a moment.
That's how INOMANLYTES was born.
In Filipino culture, there's a phrase people say before sharing a drink: Inoman na.
It's about the moment. The pause. The connection.
INOMANLYTES was built to carry that meaning forward.
Intentional hydration.
Flavors inspired by where I come from.
Made for everyday life, not extremes.
This is for people who are always "on."
The ones who move, work long days, train hard, and still show up for others.
The ones learning how to take care of themselves, too.
That's the story. And it's still being written.
INOMAN NA.
